Affiliate Partnership Program
a. To participate in our affiliate partnership program, Affiliates must sign up and choose a Package.
b. Affiliates will receive rewards based on their efforts, as determined by their package level and our guidelines.
c. The rewards earned by Affiliates are subject to change, modification, or termination at our sole discretion.
Membership Fee and Refunds
a. Affiliates are required to pay a membership fee when signing up for a Package.
b. The membership fee is non-refundable, except in cases where we explicitly state otherwise in writing.
c. Requests for refunds of the membership fee will not be entertained, regardless of the circumstances.
Earnings and Income
a. The rewards earned by Affiliates are based on their efforts and the performance of their affiliate activities.
b. We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings or income through our affiliate program.
c. Affiliates understand and acknowledge that their earnings may vary based on various factors, including their own efforts, team work and market conditions.
Intellectual Property
a. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content, displayed on AboveMarts.com are the property of AboveMarts.
b. Affiliates may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
a. AboveMarts shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or participation in the affiliate program.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
